Thomas Garvey is an experienced manufacturing executive and operations consultant with more than 25 years of leadership in production, engineering, and executive management. As former CEO of Garvey Corporation, he led the company through a period of rapid growth — scaling revenue by 370 percent — by applying lean manufacturing principles, building high-performing teams, and implementing systems that improved throughput, quality, and profitability.

Today, as the founder of TGM Industries LLC, Thomas works with manufacturing companies across industries to unlock capacity, reduce waste, and drive sustainable performance improvements. He partners directly with business owners, executive teams, and frontline managers to identify bottlenecks, implement practical solutions, and build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
